Profound Care – Delete Account

Profound Care values your privacy and respects your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account

Sign into the Profound Care app on your iOS or Android device
Navigate to "Settings" in the app
Select "Personal Details"
Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account"
Confirm your decision when prompted

Data Deletion Information

When you delete your account, the following actions occur:

All personal information is permanently removed from our systems
Your conversation history with Profound is permanently deleted
All assessment results, module data, and course progress are permanently deleted
Your subscription is canceled (if active)

Timeline: Account deletion is processed immediately. All data is permanently deleted within 7 days of your request.

Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
